Step 1: Teacher gives verbal warning
and redirects student to desired
behavior

with student (student clips down on
behavior chart)

If classroom behavior
resulted in parent
contact by teacher
0-1 times, Principal
calls home to talk to
parents.

Guidance Counselor
Bullying & Relationships

If classroom behavior
resulted in parent
contact by teacher
2-3 times, Principal
schedules a parent
conference.

Step 3: Student loses a privilege of
teacher’s choice and fills out Student
Reflection Sheet (student clips down
on behavior chart)

Step 4: Teacher contacts parents
(student moves down on behavior
chart)

Step 5: Classroom consequences not
changing behavior; Student is sent to
Principal with 3 student reflection
sheets and will not attend Cyclone
Celebration that month

In
