AUDITORS’ OPINION STATEMENT
I have examined the Balance Sheet of the Name of Private Organization as of 30
June 2013 and the related statement of income and changes in fund balances for the
period 1 July 2012 through 30 June 2013. My examination was made in accordance with
generally accepted auditing standards and, accordingly, included such tests of the
accounting records and other such audit procedures as I considered necessary in the
circumstances for a fund operating on a modified cash basis.
In my opinion, the accompanying financial statements present fairly the financial
position of the Name of Private Organization as of 30 June 2013 and its revenues
collected and expenses paid for the period then ended.
