CHEF Partnership Agreement
This agreement outlines the roles and responsibilities of the four partner organizations to
deliver the Creating Health + training days as well as the Drop-in Diners Club associated
with the Community Health Education through Food (CHEF) program.
To increase knowledge and culinary skills of the participants so they can make healthier
meals for and with their clients.
To help build capacity within the homeless sector through culinary training and
George Brown College, Community Partnerships Office;
City of Toronto, Shelter, Support and Housing Administration;
Daily Bread Food Bank;
Toronto Public Health.
Term of the agreement:
This agreement covers a term from the date of signing until March 31, 2011 and includes
the following Creating Health + training days:
