result in fines and/or imprisonment. Colorado law 42-6-202 (5), C.R.S., also states it is unlawful to fail to give the information or to
knowingly give false information.
EXCEPTIONS: Vehicles 10 years old or older.
Vehicles over 10,000 pounds empty weight.
